As a not-for-profit health fund, we serve over 400,000 members including teachers, education staff, and their families.Responsibilities:Finalize transition and failback plans based on test outcomes and contribute to implementation reports.Collaborate with the development team on proof of concept testing.Perform end-to-end testing of system integrations, functionalities, and user interfaces.Log, track, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution.Manage test data, reporting, and documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.Develop and share test completion reports and knowledge documents for training.Support automation testers and assist with training and coaching of UAT testers.Liaise across all levels of the organization and contribute to project reviews.Maintain high standards of communication and testing practices.Requirements:Strong knowledge of testing methodologiesExperience with test management and defect management toolsMinimum 7+ years of testing experienceExperience testing cloud-based applications and digital transformation projectsExperience with Salesforce applicationsHow to apply?Click APPLY NOW to submit your CV and optional cover letter explaining why you''re a good fit.We value diversity and inclusion.
