This role focuses on website performance, SEO, and paid media campaigns, working closely with an external digital agency to optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms for maximum ROI.What You''ll Actually DoDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, website traffic, and business growth.Oversee full-funnel marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Continuously monitor digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.Take ownership of website performance, SEO (keyword strategy, on-page and technical SEO), conversion rate optimisation (CRO), marketing funnels, and landing page optimisation to maximise traffic and leads.Paid Media & Performance MarketingPartner with the digital agency to plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant channels.Manage campaign budgets, ensuring spend aligns with objectives and delivers ROI.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversions, cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).Provide actionable recommendations for campaign improvements based on performance data and analytics.Property Portals & Listings ManagementManage advertising and listings across property portals such as REA (realestate.com.au) and OpenLot.Ensure listing accuracy, visibility, and performance, optimising content and assets where needed.Use HubSpot to support lead tracking, segmentation, and nurture sequences.Assist in reporting and insights to ensure marketing activities are captured effectively.Reporting & AnalysisAnalyse campaign, website, and SEO performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.Translate data into recommendations to improve future campaigns and strategies.Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with internal marketing teams, sales teams, development teams, and external agency partners to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.Coordinate creative, technical, and operational resources to meet campaign objectives.Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior marketing staff, fostering skill development and effective performance.Who We''re Looking ForDigital Marketing Expertise: Minimum 5+ years'' experience in digital marketing, with proven performance-driven results.Paid Media & Performance Marketing: Experience planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels, with a strong focus on ROI, CPL, CAC, and ROAS.Website, Funnel & SEO Optimisation: Handson experience with website performance, SEO, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), marketing funnels, and landing page optimisation to drive traffic and generate leads.Analytics & Data Interpretation: Strong experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights to optimise campaigns and digital channels.Property / Real Estate Experience: Exposure to the property, real estate, or residential development sector is highly desirable, including experience managing listings on property portals such as REA and OpenLot.Marketing Automation & CRM: Familiarity with HubSpot or similar platforms for lead tracking, segmentation, nurture sequences, and reporting.Agency & Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience working with external digital agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign alignment, performance, and efficiency.Project Management & Communication: Strong project management skills, able to prioritise multiple initiatives and communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.EducationBachelor''s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing #J-18808-Ljbffr
