You''ll own the daytoday execution of our social content while collaborating with our creative and growth teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fastgrowing brand at the intersection of healthcare and humor where we''re not afraid to take creative risks and spark meaningful conversations about men''s health.Publish and manage content across Pilot''s Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social channelsDevelop and execute social media campaigns, from ideation through launchCreate your own social media content or create briefs for our creative team when you want customdesigned content for campaignsIdentify and test social media strategies to grow our audience and engagementRespond to customer inquiries and build community on social platformsAbout You (Who We''re Looking For)13 years'' experience: Ideally with handson experience managing Instagram. Familiarity with other platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) is a bonus.Comfortable using tools like Canva or Photoshop: No formal design background needed, but you''re confident creating content from scratch.Eager to grow: You ask questions, test new ideas, and look for ways to contribute beyond what''s asked.Fast learner: You enjoy figuring things out as you go and thrive in environments where you can stretch yourself, while receiving ample guidance to support your career growth!Comfortable working with a bold, playful brand voice: Pilot is committed to changing the conversation on Men''s health, and that means pushing boundaries on topics such as sexed, hair loss and weight loss.Ready to work at pace: We''re a growing company and things move quickly, but you''re energised by the challenge.Why You Should Join Euc:Our teams are incredibly passionate - Work with highperforming teams who care deeply about our patients.
