We look after our people, and we reward hard working and positive company culture.Full timeSmart phone and vehicle provided for workJob DescriptionReporting to Executive Manager, this role will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with ISO standards, and to perform duties as delegated by the Executive Manager, as well as managing and supervising the Cleaning staff across multiple sites.Duties will include but are not limited to:Be the first point of contact for our clientComplete schedules / rosters to ensure delivery of core cleaning requirementsSupervise and lead a cleaning teamProvide training and on-boarding for your cleaning team memberConduct periodic site visit, audit and reportingPerform and Coordinate periodic works and extra worksSchedule periodicals with clientsEnsure quality expectations are being met by leading inspections on a regular basis.Develop and maintain good customer relationshipEnsure safe work practices are followed within the business and that equipment is maintained in a safe operating condition.Manage supplies and chemicals for siteUnderstand chemical usage and storageExperience with commercial cleaning equipment and machineryMonitor and report safety hazards to the Operation ManagerIdentify ''areas for improvement'' and proactively manageDue to the nature of the role, you need to be flexible for the working hoursSkills and ExperienceThe successful applicant will be a suitably experienced leader who has:Commercial cleaning experience is an essentialExperience in supervising a team across multiple site is preferredGood communication skills with Client and with team membersValid Australian Drivers License requiredBe physically fit to carry out standard dutiesNational Criminal History are required for this roleWhite Card is a preferredProblem solving skill and positive can-do attitudeHigh standards of personal grooming, presentation and professional conductBasic Computer Skill and EmailingExperience in using equipment (such as scrubbers, wet vacs, carpet machines, car park scrubbers, buffers, pressure washers) is an ideal.Hands on attitudeWhat we offerJoin a fast growing company with great Career Progression OpportunityWorking Phone and Uniform providedCompetitive award, generous bonusGreat team environmentOpen minded and approachable company cultureOngoing training and developmentEqual Employment Opportunity And Diversity CommitmentWe are an equal opportunity employer and will provide equality in employment for all people employed or seeking employment.
