We facilitate investment and construction funding for sophisticated real estate investors and developers for their medium to large scale projects and are currently advising on over $500M of client debt requirements per annum.As our clientele and number of transactions continue to grow, we are looking to expand our professional team. The role of Property Finance Analyst will support the business and executive team with all aspects of the transaction lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial modelling support for all new Property Finance transactionsSupporting and managing transactions from initial review to research, due diligence, deal structuring, preparation of detailed credit submissions, approvals and legal documentationAssisting in the management of key external stakeholders including Valuers, Quantity Surveyors, Lawyers and BuildersLiaising with capital partners and borrowers to maintain strong working relationshipsManaging transactions during their lifecycle and ensuring compliance of loan conditionsSkills and experience2+ years'' experience in property finance, property development, real estate investment or valuationsEstablished skills in financial modelling using ExcelSound writing skills for information memorandum preparation/presentation with proficiency in Word and PowerPointAdept at taking on multiple assignments and comfortable in dealing with stakeholders at all levelsStrong communication skills and team approachIn this dynamic role you will be working directly with senior management of the business, engaging with various stakeholders on debt transactions ranging from $5-50 million+ while getting direct exposure to numerous exciting real estate transactions across Australia.An excellent opportunity for a highly driven individual to make their own mark, with ample room for growth.If you are looking to make the next successful step in your career, please send your CV to [email protected]. #J-18808-Ljbffr
