We''re seeking a dynamic Applied Legal Technology (ALT) Consultant to join our Applied Legal Technology team to drive the effective use of innovative solutions across dispute and regulatory matters.As an Applied Legal Technology Consultant, you''ll collaborate closely with lawyers and senior team members to deliver bestpractice technology and information management services. You''ll play a key role in project coordination, advising legal teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of cuttingedge technology solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong knowledge of the legal technology industry and a proactive, teamoriented approach.This is a fulltime, permanent position with the flexibility to be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise legal teams on effective, efficient use of technologybased information management in dispute and regulatory mattersCoordinate and manage projects, working independently and collaboratively with the national teamConduct data processing and analysisAdminister and maintain databasesShare knowledge and contribute to team meetings, practice group initiatives, and educational sessionsCreate and maintain project documentation, including file notes, registers, logs, and reportsManage insourcing and outsourcing of project tasks, and build relationships with third partiesAssist with training and development of colleaguesRecord timesheets and achieve budgeted financial revenueAbout YouWe''re looking for someone who has:Minimum of 2 to 3 years'' experience within a similar roleExperience with Nuix Neo, Nuix Workstation, Nuix Discover, Relativity, or similar legal technology toolsExperience with Gen AI tools desirableUnderstanding of relational database principles and Microsoft Access advantageousDemonstrates respect, professionalism, and adaptability in all interactionsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrates a serviceorientated mindsetSupports and guides colleagues, inspiring others to work with themAnticipates and exceeds client expectations, building strong relationshipsApplies technical knowledge with attention to detail and high professional standardsManages multiple tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines and budgetsHas project management and time management skills, with a flexible, proactive attitudeCan build relationships and influence key stakeholdersExcellent technical skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointWhy work with us?We promote a collaborative culture where people feel respected, valued and supported both personally and professionally, and where diversity and inclusion also play an important role in enhancing our knowledge, driving innovative solutions for our clients and creating positive social impact.We live by our Principles, and strive for mastery in all that we do.
