We support customers worldwide through innovative technology, strong engineering capability, and a commitment to continuous improvement and customer excellence.OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to lead our Project Engineering team and ensure outstanding technical and operational support to customers globally. This role is responsible for project design and commissioning, continuous improvement of engineering processes, people leadership, and crossfunctional support across the business. You will play a key role in transforming the project engineering function to improve efficiency, quality, and the overall customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Project Engineering team to deliver highquality, efficient, and customerfocused project outcomes across global deployments.Oversee project engineering activities including system design, documentation, hardware integration, commissioning, and acceptance testing.Act as the technical escalation point for complex or highrisk engineering issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Drive continuous improvement by developing, optimising, and standardising engineering processes, tools, and solution offerings to improve quality, efficiency, and consistency.Partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders to design solutions that meet technical, operational, and commercial requirements.Provide technical leadership and support to internal teams, customers, partners, and installers, including onsite and remote assistance as required.Support business operations through technical input into project costings, variations, tenders, quotes, customer training, and support activities.Recruit, mentor, and develop a highperforming, international engineering team, fostering a collaborative culture aligned with company values and continuous improvement.QualificationsA Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical or Electronic Systems)35 years experience leading engineering teamsExcellent communication skills (written and spoken English)Experience working with international or distributed teamsStrong practical mindset with a focus on system and process improvementSolid troubleshooting and investigation skills across hardware and softwareGood understanding of instrumentation and control systemsExperience using AutoCAD (AutoCAD Electrical and Vault highly regarded)Strong computer, networking, and documentation skillsAbility to produce clear, concise technical reportsValid driver''s licenseBenefitsHybrid working with laptop suppliedA $299 annual wellbeing allowance2 additional days of leave VERI GOOD Days to do something good for charity or your own wellbeing/mental health and developmentAdditional 24 weeks of paid parental leave to support parents on top of legislated parental leaveFree professional employee assistance resource for mental health$3 000 employee referral paymentInclusive fun club that organises activities and eventsVirtual and inoffice training and developmentIf this sounds like the next step for you APPLY NOW!IMPORTANT you need to have full working rights or a valid visa to work in Australia to be eligible for this role.
