This will deliver one airport for the people of Western Australia which will host all flight services in a central location giving passengers a seamless, world-class travel experience.The Perth Airport estate is spread over 2100 hectares and has developed a $1.5 billion portfolio of existing industrial premises and significant vacant land holdings.We service a truly diverse community and play an important role in strengthening cultural, family and social bonds while supporting business, tourism and leisure travel.About the roleDue to the continuous growth at Perth Airport, we are looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy and execution. You will lead the delivery of complex, high impact technology initiatives from planning, execution, delivery and post launch optimisation along with the following:Deliver projects within time, budget, and quality constraints, aligned with approved project specifications and organisational goalsDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, adapting them as required to reflect progress, changes, and evolving prioritiesFacilitate and lead workshops for planning, risk assessment, requirements gathering, and solution design, engaging relevant stakeholders throughoutIdentify and resolve project impediments, escalating risks and blockers when appropriate to maintain momentumDefine and manage project scope and change control, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and approval processesPrepare and submit budget proposals and funding requests, making informed recommendations for financial adjustments as neededDevelop and execute risk management strategies, including identification, evaluation, mitigation, and contingency planningDefine and oversee the testing strategy, including the creation of test plans, scheduling, and coordination of system and user acceptance testing to ensure readiness for productionLead organisational change management (OCM) activities to support smooth adoption of new systems and processes by end usersOversee the transition of project deliverables to IT operations, ensuring knowledge transfer, support readiness, and operational continuityConduct project reviews and lessonslearned sessions to evaluate successes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to ongoing process refinementProvide regular reporting on project status, metrics, and performance through dashboards, presentations, and executive summariesLead, manage and facilitate the competitive tender process to completion, obtain appropriate approvals and completion of required documentationAbout youProven experience in Project Management within the technology industryQualifications in Project Management (Prince2, MSP, PMI or similar) and Change management are highly regardedExperience using Microsoft Project, ServiceNow and TechnologyOne are highly desirableDemonstrated experience in technology project management, delivering application and/or infrastructure projectsEffective communication skills with the confidence and ability to influence agreeable outcomesConfident motivator that instills confidence and is accountable for daily interpersonal interactionsAbout UsWe offer a dynamic and supportive team culture, a contemporary workplace with great facilities and a modern approach to work/life integration.
