The role manages a small team providing leadership and direction for the delivery of operational and strategic work. KPIs will include maintaining business targets for member communications, retention and funds under management uplift through targeted, relevant and cutthrough communications that increase members'' financial literacy and give them the confidence to make informed decisions on retirement future. This is a handson role including strategic planning, budget management, external supplier liaison, staff management, postcampaign analysis and reporting.Special conditionsThis is a fixedterm opportunity up to March 2027 to support operational continuity.About youThe successful applicant will be a motivated and experienced marketer that has both a creative mindset and an analytical approach thanks to significant experience in Marketing roles and/or advertising agencies. They will work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team and know when to let the team run with an idea and when to use their experience to help guide a campaign concept to where it needs to go both creatively and from a measurable aspect.
