As a technical expert and mentor, you''ll play a key role in shaping our capability leading projects, sharing your expertise, and guiding the next generation of engineers.Day-to-day responsibilitiesThe technical Lead on brownfield civil engineering projects.Providing technical expertise as a subject matter expert.Mentoring and supporting other engineers to grow their skills and confidence.Building strong client relationships and contributing to a robust pipeline of work.Collaborating with the Building Structures, Water and Civil teams to deliver integrated solutions.Qualifications10+ years of experience in Brownfield Engineering.Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and DBP Registered Design Practitioner.Strong technical expertise with a handson, collaborative approach.Proven ability to work across teams and disciplines to deliver quality outcomes.Experience building client relationships and contributing to business growth.Additional InformationEgis is committed to creating an inclusive, flexible, and valuesled workplace.
