About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Safeworking Project Manager to join the MCR team. This role combines deep knowledge of rail safeworking rules and procedures, ability to conduct audits, assisting with the theoretical and practical training of safeworking to trainees with the leadership and organisational skills required to deliver business related projects on time, and with a strong safety-first culture. As a trusted Safeworking Project Manager you will work closely with frontline Protection Officer staff, Client Supervisors, and MCR Management to embed safe work practices and ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.
