The first phase of this project went live on 30 September 2024. S360F improves students'' experiences by providing more streamlined and personalised service delivery. Salesforce integrates data from multiple systems to facilitate faster and easier resolution of service requests.S360F has established the foundation capability of Salesforce Education Cloud, MuleSoft and AWS Connect, and seeks to decommission legacy technology. Projects within the Student 360 Program are currently in progress, with additional projects planned across 2026.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to business requirements and best practiceBuild and maintain OmniScripts, Data Mappers, Integration Procedures, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components and FlowsSupport Education Cloud configurationsCollaborate with project and BAU teams across testing phases (unit, SIT, regression, and UAT)Develop and maintain integrations with FastAPI and SnowflakeParticipate in code reviews, deployment planning, and environment managementEnsure high standards of data integrity, performance, and securityContribute to the development of automated regression packs and CI/CD pipelinesProvide mentoring and technical guidance to other Developers and Salesforce AdminsAbout YouYou''re a proactive and collaborative Salesforce professional who thrives in complex environments.
