This role combines advanced UX design expertise with front-end development skills to deliver scalable, accessible, and innovative solutions that meet strategic business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Strategic UX Leadership:Define UX strategy for multi-tenant SaaS platforms and enterprise-level applications.Mentor junior designers and developers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.Advanced Design & Prototyping:Create highfidelity prototypes and design systems for complex SaaS workflows (e.g., onboarding, subscription management, dashboards).Ensure consistency and scalability of design patterns across large programs.Front-End Development Expertise:Implement complex UI components using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).Optimize performance and accessibility for cloudbased applications.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with senior product managers, architects, and business leaders to align UX with organizational goals.Present design concepts and research findings to executive stakeholders.Data-Driven Design:Utilize analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to refine and optimize experiences.Champion accessibility and compliance with WCAG and industry standards.Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in UX design and frontend development.Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and design systems.Working knowledge of designing for SaaS-based applications and complex enterprise programs.Experience in multitenant architecture and subscriptionbased workflows.Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of performance optimization and accessibility compliance.Key AttributesStrategic thinker with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to balance innovation with technical feasibility and business priorities.Design Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.CSS Frameworks: Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS.Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab.Testing & Accessibility: Lighthouse, Storybook, WCAG compliance tools.SaaS Context: Familiarity with SaaS UX patterns, API integrations, subscription flows, and responsive design for cloud-based apps.
