About the RoleWe are seeking an Executive Manager, Risk and Compliance to lead the continued development, implementation and oversight of robust enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks.The role is critical to ensuring that strategic and operational risks are identified, assessed and managed in line with Board-approved risk appetite, and that The Salvation Army remains compliant with all relevant legislative, regulatory and industry requirements.
