The successful candidate will provide excellent quality of service and workmanship to maintain, repair, and service our fleet of buses.The Key Responsibilities Include:Planning and managing daily functions of the workshopManaging vehicle maintenance workflows, including vehicle servicing and repairs, job card preparation, and maintenance recordsAttending breakdowns and accidents, ordering spare parts, and monitoring workshop Key Performance IndicatorsConducting toolbox talks and ensuring depot fleet is maintained to a safe and presentable standardManaging and ensuring adherence to the approved workshop Repair & Maintenance budgetAbout You:Experience in buses or heavy vehicles is essentialDemonstrated experience in heavy vehicle repair and maintenanceAbility to lead, motivate, and supervise a team to deliver exceptional outcomesSound knowledge of WHS requirements within a heavy vehicle repair workshopExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCDC is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer committed to attracting and developing a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve. #J-18808-Ljbffr
