Senior Security Analyst Zscaler ZIARole: Sr. Security Analyst Zscaler ZIAJob Opportunity- Full working rights (No sponsorship available)Key ResponsibilitiesProvide daily operational support for Zscaler ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access) and ZPA (Zscaler Private Access) environments.Monitor Zscaler dashboards and logs to identify and troubleshoot access, performance, and connectivity issues.Handle user onboarding, policy changes, and access provisioning in ZIA and ZPA portals.Work with end users and support teams to resolve incidents and service requests related to internet and private application access.Maintain and update Zscaler configurations in line with security and compliance requirements.Coordinate with Zscaler support for issue escalation and resolution.Document standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, and incident resolution steps.Perform routine health checks, report generation, and compliance verification.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands on experience with Zscaler ZIA and ZPA platforms.Good understanding of internet security, cloud access, and private application access concepts.Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Zscaler policies, rules, connectors, and client connectors.Familiarity with tools like Zscaler Admin Portal, Packet Capture, and Log Analysis.Basic knowledge of networking concepts: DNS, IP, VPN, SSL, GRE/IPSec tunnels.Strong problem solving and communication skills.ITIL based ticket management (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) experience preferred.Seniority LevelMidSenior levelEmployment TypeFulltimeJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustriesStaffing and RecruitingTo express interest, kindly share your updated resume at [email protected] or contact us at +61 280 035 233.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at CareCone Group by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
