This is a high-impact role suited to a handson professional who can move fluidly between study and execution while contributing to broader business strategy.Base Pay RangeA$220,000.00/yr - A$250,000.00/yrBenefitsDynamic and entrepreneurial leadership teamModern Perth CBD officesSalary range A$220,000 - A$250,000 per annumCompetitive bonus structureEssential Qualifications and SkillsMechanical Engineering degreeMinimum 10+ years'' mining experience with an EPC contractor or operatorStrong background in studies, ideally within iron ore mining or processingExperience with cost modelling, scheduling, and risk evaluation in a mining contextCommercially minded with a focus on outcomes rather than processInquisitive, with the ability to engage across the business to identify challenges and bottlenecksDuties and ResponsibilitiesLead comprehensive feasibility studies, integrating technical, infrastructure, and financial components of mine development and bridging the gap between projects and studiesOversee and guide inputs across geology, hydrogeology, pit design, engineering, and infrastructure from thirdparty consultantsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical studies align with business objectivesSupport the transition from study phase to execution, including project management and deliveryAbout Our ClientThis ASXlisted junior mining company is a highly ambitious and successful operator of a highgrade, highmargin iron ore mine in Western Australia''s MidWest.
