Location: Sydney / Melbourne (Hybrid / Onsite options available)Employment Type: ContractAbout the Role:We are seeking a Senior Test Analyst with proven experience in the Superannuation or Financial Services domain. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions by performing end-to-end testing, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business and functional requirements, translating them into test plans and test casesLead test design, execution, and defect management across functional, integration, system, and UAT phasesConduct API and UI-based testing using both manual and automated toolsCollaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders to ensure complete test coveragePerform regression and exploratory testingDocument test results and provide quality reporting to project leadsEnsure compliance with superannuation industry regulations and standardsProvide mentorship and guidance to junior testers as neededRequired Skills & Experience:5+ years of testing experience in financial services, with 2+ years in superannuation projectsStrong manual testing expertise, with solid understanding of QA methodologiesExperience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, HP ALM, TestRail)Solid knowledge of superannuation concepts, regulations (e.g., APRA, MySuper), and fund administration processesFamiliarity with XML, SQL queries, and data validationExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsDesirable (Bonus) Skills:Experience in Playwright with Python or other automation toolsExperience with API testing using Postman or similar toolsISTQB or other testing certificationsFamiliarity with Agile and DevOps practicesWhy Join Us?Work on high-impact superannuation and compliance projectsCollaborative and inclusive team cultureFlexible working options (Hybrid)Competitive salary and career growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
