Contracts Manager (New Build) | Permanent | NorfolkSalary: 60,000 - 70,000 + packageLocation: NorfolkA leading Regional Main Contractor that builds, refurbishes and regenerates homes and communities across the UK has an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis, covering sites across their East Anglia region.The company is an innovative and ambitious business that combines their industry expertise and unrivalled local knowledge to help transform communities and leave a lasting legacy everywhere they work.The business is thriving and they currently have a large number of projects ongoing and in the pipeline. As a result, they are looking to bring in an experienced Contracts Manager to manage projects across their East Anglia region.Role Overview:Organisation and control of Site TeamsQuality controlCost controlImplementation and monitoring of Health, Safety & Environmental proceduresPre and post contract planning and coordinationMonitoring production levels and instigating necessary actionPre and post contract road and sewer adoption worksSite set up and presentation and maintaining for contract durationProduction & programmeSales/Customer liaisonLiaison with external agenciesCoordinate drawings and specificationsCompliance of Contractual responsibilitiesExperience:Strong track record of managing multiple projects concurrently of various sizes and at different stages, delivered on time and to budgetBackground overseeing new build residential projectsExcellent all round construction knowledge and experienceStrong understanding of UK building regulationsExcellent management skills with the ability to get the best out of full site teamsFull UK driver''s licenseAble to commute and work in NorfolkIf you are a Contracts Manager with the right experience and you are interested in this role, please apply with an updated CV. #J-18808-Ljbffr
