We will live the ''power of yes'' and push for the best (we might not always get it right!) but we''ll work together to tackle opportunities, hold each other up and be there in the moments that matter to you and our community.What You''ll DoWe are looking for an experienced and strategic leader in the role of a National Worker Development Lead who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the learning and development (L&D) strategy for our national support worker workforce.Develop and implement a national workforce learning and development framework aligned with organisational goals, workforce needs, and sector requirementsDefine and deliver on a strategy and vision for learning and development for our workforce, incorporating Hireup''s unique business model, values and training philosophies at every stepLead projects that enhance workforce skills, knowledge, and engagement throughout their career journeyManage the relationship with our third party LMS provider and oversee the curation, scheduling, and updating of the contentCollaborate with internal teams and external training partners to design engaging, accessible, and effective learning opportunitiesMonitor emerging trends in disability and aged care, ensuring training remains contemporary and impactfulYour BackgroundStrong experience in the development and implementation of learning and development strategies, policies, and programsProven ability to shape and drive the strategy for how learning is delivered nationally, aligning workforce developmentSkilled in maintaining and optimising an LMS to deliver smooth, efficient, and impactful training on a national scaleLeverages data, reporting, and insights to strategically decisionmakingStrong capability in ensuring training programs and systems meet compliance standards and audit requirementsFuturefocused approach to keeping learning relevant, accessible, and scalable for a national workforceStrong vendor management skills, with experience partnering with thirdparty LMS providers to deliver improvements and resolve issues quicklyProven ability to identify gaps in training delivery, implement process improvements, and roll out scalable solutions that balance immediate needs with longterm workforce developmentExcellent project management, organisational, and problemsolving skillsWhy Should You Join?You''ll have the opportunity to join our story and develop the next chapter of your own.
