You will have endtoend accountability for FinTech performance, from strategy and product design through to gotomarket execution, adoption, and net profit contribution. Operating at the intersection of product, commercial execution, risk, and partnerships, you will convert existing products in market (and future opportunities) into repeatable, scalable financial outcomes, embedded directly into the daily operating workflows of our carrier network.This role suits a commercially sharp builder who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast with discipline, and measures success by outcomes delivered, not activity completed.What you''ll do:Own the FinTech P&L, full accountability for FinTech revenue, gross margin, pricing discipline, and net profit contributionTranslate strategy into measurable outcomes across adoption, ARPU uplift, retention, and margin accretionBuild robust forecasts, business cases, and ROI frameworks to guide investment decisionsDefine and execute Ofload''s multiyear FinTech strategy across Insurance, FastPay, Fuel Products, and Embedded / Marketplace FinancePrioritise what will drive the most commercial impact and scalability. Be willing to pivot or stop initiatives that aren''t delivering the expected returnsBuild, Launch and scale FinTech products with clear adoption and monetisation targetsEmbed FinTech into core carrier journeys and operational moments, not as boltons, but as default behavioursDrive gotomarket execution in close partnership with Sales, Operations, Network, and ProductBuild and manage strategic partnerships with insurers, financial institutions, and FinTech providersLead complex commercial negotiations and structure scalable, compliant commercial modelsDesign risk, compliance, and governance frameworks that enable speed and scale, not frictionBuild the FinTech Operating Model, lead a lean, highleverage team, scaling only where ROI is provenOperate handson while setting clear operating cadence, accountability, and performance standardsInfluence senior executives and crossfunctional leaders to drive adoption and executionWhat you will bring:10+ years'' experience across FinTech, financial services, payments, embedded finance, or productled SaaS.Proven track record owning and scaling revenuegenerating products with P&L accountabilityStrong commercial and financial acumen across pricing, margins, forecasting, and business casesExperience establishing and scaling regulated products and partnershipsDemonstrated success launching and monetising B2B or platformbased FinTech productsAbility to operate handson while setting strategy in highgrowth, ambiguous environmentsWhat Success Looks Like:FinTech delivering material net profit contribution within 1224 monthsStrong product adoption embedded into daytoday carrier workflowsMeasurable uplift in carrier retention, share of wallet, and lifetime valueA disciplined, scalable FinTech operating model with clear governance and commercial rigourYou''re a handson builder who values disciplined speed, real impact, and clear accountability, comfortable making tough decisions, leading through influence, and simplifying complex financial products into scalable, trusted solutions.
