Whether they are pampering themselves with an indulgent treat or shopping for a memorable gift, they bring us their greatest dreams of style, glamour and love and it is our obligation to honor those dreams with grace and artful understanding.Reporting Structure & DutiesReporting to the Store Manager, the Operations Executive will effectively oversee all aspects of BackofHouse, including coordination of the Merchandising, Customer Service and Client Services roles.ResponsibilitiesInventory management, including stock control, cyclecount accuracy, shrinkage and ensuring appropriate assortment and model stock levelsSupervise and coordinate all aspects of customer service relating to repairs, servicing orders, and any postsale offeringsSupervise and coordinate all aspects of client services including telephone enquiries, stock availability and other postsale offeringsOversee all receiving and shipping functions, including liaising with transportation, freight forwarders, Australian Customs and clearing/customs agents to ensure local compliancePartner with store management to ensure all backofhouse processes and systems support required service standardsManage, coach, develop and train staffCompensation & BenefitsIn return, you will earn a very competitive salary, the opportunity for career development in an environment that recognizes growth, whilst receiving Tiffanydesigned training programs and the privilege of generous employee discounts.QualificationsTertiary Certificate or equivalent life / work experienceMinimum three years retail stock management/inventory control preferably within the jewelry industryProblemsolving abilityStrong customer service ethicsExcellent communication skills verbal and writtenStrong interpersonal skillsProven multitasking experience with an ability to meet deadlinesAdvanced skills in MS Word, Excel and MIPSFlexible working availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidaysBlue Box.
