Monitor production processes and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet strict quality standards. Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize machining operations and improve efficiency.QualificationsProven experience as a CNC Machinist, with expertise in operating CNC milling machines, lathes, manual machines, and 5-axis machining centers. Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and creating AutoCAD drawings. Trade qualifications or certifications in CNC machining, precision engineering, or related fields. Strong mechanical aptitude with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with welding techniques (highly desirable). Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and optimise machining processes.
