This restaurant is one of the company''s fine-dining outlets, offering an exceptional dining experience that combines traditional Chinese flavours with contemporary techniques.Job Description:The organization is seeking experienced Chef de Parties (CDPs) to join their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the Dim Sum section of the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation are consistently delivered to guests.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, cook and plate dishes according to the restaurant''s standardsWork with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new dishes and menusManage and train junior kitchen staffEnsure all food is prepared and presented to a high standard and on timeManage stock levels and order supplies as requiredMaintain a clean and organized kitchen environmentAdhere to food safety and hygiene regulationsRequirements:A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Chinese kitchenExperience managing a section of the kitchenA passion for food and a keen eye for detailStrong communication and leadership skillsThe ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentA willingness to learn and develop new skillsThe ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsIf you meet the above requirements and are passionate about food and delivering exceptional dining experiences, we would love to hear from you.
