We know what it takes.What we''re looking forSome experience with modern stacks (such as React, Node.js, TypeScript, etc.)Comfortable working across frontend, backend, databases and APIs - if you''re heavily leaning one way but happy to be full stack, that''s ok!Basic cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS preferred).Hands-on experience with AI tools and a keen interest in AI technology (such as OpenAI, Whisper, LangChain, or similar).Background in fast-paced startup, SaaS, or product-led environments.Agile best practices and shipping mindset.Extra points if you''veWorked on transcription, NLP, or AI workflow tools.Built integrations with Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Xero or QuickBooks.Built into accounting workflow or practice management tools (e.g. Xero Practice Manager, Karbon, FYI Docs).How we workHybrid model.
