Our systems, processes and work environment are set up in a way to ensure our staff can work flexibly to complete their best work and have a great work life balance.Job DescriptionThis is a flexible role available as a casual or part-time with the opportunity for a full-time roleProvide Physiotherapy services in aged care centers, off site or in the clients homes.Key Responsibilities:As a Physiotherapist, you will:Provide high quality assessments and treatment and improving patient outcomes by implementing the best evidence-based practice.Assessment of mobility and function and prescription for provision of appropriate mobility and functional equipmentEducation on staff (Manual Handling) as well as educating on residentsDevelopment of individual, evidence-based treatment plans and goals to address any deficits identified in these areas ensuring best practice and person-centred care planning for clients and participants Responsible for liaising with residents, families, doctors and other allied health professionals.Key Requirements:To be successful in the role, you will need:Full AHPRA registration and professional liability/public indemnity insuranceNational Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Be able to understand new systems and processes in an efficient manner.Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow in both a clinical and non-clinical perspective.A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customersBe able to provide clinical supervision to other staff if required and based on experience level.Experience working with elderly or aged care residents (Preferablebut not essential)What to expect from us?As a Physiotherapist at HealthPlex, you will:Be remunerated extremely generouslyBe provided with autonomy with support from experienced leadersBe provided flexibility and a work life balanceHave career and financial progression depending on your ambitionsImmediate start however open to waiting your notice period.Salary expectations:Rates are negotiable depending on experienceNew graduates are welcome to apply!To Apply:Click on theAPPLYbutton!Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Graduate #J-18808-Ljbffr
