We''re passionate about delivering a premium venue with excellent service to provide a positive member experience for all of our valued customers.To be successful in this role you will have:Experience in delivering premium customer serviceNatural leadership and highly organised qualitiesStrong interest and passion for the health & fitness industryAdequate financial skillsPrevious experience in food and beverageOperational experienceCurrent qualifications in Senior First Aid, RSA and Pool Life GuardMust be well presentedKey Responsibilities:Ability to exceed member expectations and maintain high service standardsEnsure cleanliness of change rooms, steam, sauna areas and pool surrounds of our pools and spasAbility to take pool chemical tests and monitor auto chemical controllersEnsuring efficient operations across the ClubManaging the opening and closing of the ClubProviding leadership, motivation and innovation to teamsDelivering operational support to all departments including Reception, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Crche, Gym, Pool and SalesGuaranteeing the overall cleanliness and exceptional presentation of the buildingYour workplace is a premium facility so there''s no better place to be poolside and part of a supportive Club Operations Team.
