Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Bugarrba are seeking experienced Shutdown Scaffold Coordinators for fast paced shut down works in the Pilbara and Port Hedland region.This role will be responsible for overseeing Scaffold Supervisors and Scaffold teams, they will be responsible for the successful execution of allocated scopes of work and must ensure they are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard that meets client specifications.Key Responsibilities:Safety of employees and safe standards of workWeekly planning of scheduled shutdown tasksDaily planning for work crews and in field leadershipScoping of site projects for accurate estimationMeeting with client regularly for updating schedulesTraining of new employeesPerformance review of employeesPromoting a positive safety cultureIntegrating with supervision teamThe successful applicant will ideally have:Advanced Scaffold TicketS26 Statutory Supervisor (DIMIRS Exam)MSICConfined SpaceWorking at HeightsMinimum 5 years'' experience in Coordinator/Superintendent positionsCert III in Health and SafetyGood communication and organisational skills, with an emphasis on teamworkA positive attitude towards safety, training & environmentPass a preemployment medical and drug and alcohol assessmentHold a current driver''s licencePrevious experience in a similar roleStrong computer and systems skills and knowledgeWhat we offer:Competitive remuneration Supportive and safetyfirst team culture Career progression and training opportunitiesAbout us:Bugarrba is a majority owned Aboriginal contracting business established by Walganbung and SRG Global.
