In this role, you willbe responsible forthe creation, optimisation, and management of high-performance media campaignssuch as Google Ads, Search, and YouTube to drivecustomerawareness, engagement, and conversion.You will work cross-functionally withvarious teams including creative, analytics, and product, as well as our clients,to optimise digital ad campaigns and drive measurable growth across key channels.The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with extensive experience in performance media,reporting and insights, and adeep understanding of the customer journey.Responsibilities:Media strategy and execution:Develop and execute performance media strategies across digital channels (e.g., Paid Search, Display, Programmatic,Social Media, Affiliate Marketing) todeliver againstbusiness KPIs, includingawareness andconversion, cost per acquisition,and customer retention.Audience Targeting & Segmentation:Develop detailed audience segmentation strategies to drive personalised marketing efforts. Use data-driven insights to tailor campaigns that speak directly to the needs and behaviours of target customer segments.Campaign Optimisation:Continuouslymonitorandoptimizecampaigns for performance, adjusting targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and budget allocation to ensure that goals are met or exceeded.Analytics & Reporting:Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Adsetc.), providing detailed reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership.Identifytrends, opportunities for improvement, and optimisationlevers.Client and Stakeholder Presentations:You will havedemonstratedexperience in presenting insights and recommendations to clients and key stakeholders, effectively guiding them through the process.Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, performance media, and implement best practices to continuously improve campaignswhilst taking into consideration client needs and regulatory environments.Specific Experience Required.Experience: 5+ years of experience in performance media, digital marketing, or conversion media managementProven Success:Demonstratedexperience driving measurable results in digital advertising campaigns with a strongtrack recordof optimisingagainst performance metricsTechnical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, etc.), tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, attribution models), and testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).Data-Driven Mindset: Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, create reports, and make data-backed decisions.Proficiencyin Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g.Looker Studio).Creative Collaboration: Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.Why Orchard?We offer an awesome, fun working environment full of culture and energy.
