$80,000 PLUS Negotiable depending on level of experience and skill Full time, PermanentRemuneration based on skills and experienceAn excellent opportunity exists for a qualified Motor Mechanic to join our busy workshop located in Rozelle. We are seeking an experienced and motivated automotive mechanic with a passion for the automotive industry, with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a positive, hardworking attitude to join our team.Our workshop operates weekdays only from 8.00am - 5.30pm. Daily duties will include:All general mechanical repairsServicing and maintenanceDiagnostics of engine managementInspection of vehicles and parts to identify issuesBrakes and suspension on passenger, light commercial and 4WD vehiclesMaintain records and documentationMaintain equipment and facilities to ensure functional longevity and workplace safetyTest drive vehicles after repairs to ensure soundnessUse computer diagnostic equipment and software to identify issuesThe successful applicant must have good problem solving and decisionmaking skills and be always wellpresented and punctual. This position is best suited to a person with a professional and reliable attitude, knowledge and experience with a variety of makes and models of vehicles and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. As well as having good communication skills and a friendly disposition, you will possess a keen eye for detail.Motor Mechanics Tradesperson Certificate required as well as an Australian driver''s license.
