About the RoleWe are looking for an Influencer Manager to lead influencer strategy, sourcing, and execution across key brands in the APAC region. This Sydney-based role will collaborate closely with regional teams while tapping into global expertise. You will be responsible for identifying top talent, developing best-in-class influencer content frameworks, and managing strong relationships with creators, KOLs, and celebrity partners.Experience managing beauty influencers or working within the beauty category, as many of our campaigns sit within the beauty and personal care space.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, source, and shortlist influencers that align with campaign objectives, ensuring strong talentbrand fit.Manage end-to-end KOL relationships, including negotiations, contracting, deliverable alignment, and ongoing communication.Develop influencer content principles, shooting guides, and briefing frameworks across APAC, with potential for global application.Partner with cross-functional teams to create content guidelines for video, photo, and platform-specific deliverables that maximize authenticity and engagement.Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to define brand roles within influencer content and ensure alignment with campaign goals.Work closely with APAC teams to build a virtual lab for product presentation and elevate KOL content quality.Ensure influencers are properly briefed and deliver assets that meet brand expectations, platform best practices, and creative standards.Support large-scale campaigns by recommending influencer/KOL programs that drive breakthrough impact.Maintain a strong understanding of platform behaviors, social trends, and cultural moments to guide strategic recommendations.QualificationsMinimum of 3+ years of experience in the influencer, social media, or digital marketing space, ideally within the Australian market.Demonstrated experience working with beauty influencers or managing beauty-led creator programs is strongly preferred.Deep familiarity with the Australian influencer landscape, from micro-creators to celebrities.Strong experience writing influencer briefs and communicating clearly with talent and agents.Strong network or existing relationships with influencers/KOLs is a significant advantage.Ability to strategically recommend influencer programs that align with brand objectives and deliver high engagement.Experience supporting or leading influencer activations for large brands or large-scale campaigns.Understanding of rights usage, contracts, and influencer agreements is a plus.Knowledge of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and content formats across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.Bonus: You are a creator/KOL yourself or have hands-on experience producing content.Work Authorization: Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
