Were currently looking for a Workshop Production Supervisor to join our Kalgoorlie workshop and play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive and highperforming environment.This role is well suited to a peoplefocused leader who enjoys working alongside their team, supporting capability development and contributing to continuous improvement - while remaining technically connected to the work.As Workshop Production Supervisor, youll lead daytoday workshop activities, support a skilled and committed team, and collaborate closely with Service Administrators, Planners and fellow Supervisors to deliver highquality outcomes for our customers.Based in Kalgoorlie on an 8/6 residential roster, this role offers stability, autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in a supportive and wellestablished mining services operation.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate daily workshop operations with a strong emphasis on safety, wellbeing and teamworkSupport, mentor and develop tradespeople, building capability and confidence within the teamCoordinate maintenance, repairs and faultfinding on heavy mining equipment in line with customer and site requirementsConduct job safety audits and customer machine inspectionsCoordinate predelivery inspections and commissioning of new equipmentMonitor jobs to ensure work is delivered on time, within scope and aligned with cost expectationsSupport warranty claims and technical documentation where requiredContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, standard work practices and effective workshop planningAbout youYoure an approachable, organised and inclusive leader who enjoys balancing people leadership with operational delivery. Youre comfortable communicating clearly, making practical decisions and supporting your team in a fastpaced environment.We encourage applications from individuals who may not meet every requirement but feel excited about the opportunity and aligned to our values.Ideally, youll bring:Experience in a supervisory or leadinghand role within mining, automotive or heavy equipment environments (or readiness to step into your first formal supervisory role)A relevant trade qualification with solid posttrade experienceExposure to heavy equipment maintenance or mobile plant environments (Sandvik exposure is advantageous but not essential)A good understanding of safe systems of work and maintenance processesA collaborative, respectful leadership style with strong communication skillsGood planning, time management and problemsolving capabilityConfidence using Microsoft 365 and workplace systemsEligibilityTo be eligible for this role, you must have the right to live and work in Australia.
