As a Roving Compliance Trainer, you will play a key role to ensure our operations meet all legislative, safety, and company requirements. Your passion for delivering high-quality training and assessment activities, including Nationally Recognised Training qualifications, will directly contribute to strengthening and evolving our industry-leading safety culture. We are seeking experienced Trainers with formal qualifications and demonstrated experience in the following disciplines: Civil Construction Mining Processing Mobile Maintenance High Risk Work (Cranes, EWP, Forklift, Dogging, Rigging and Scaffolding) Key Responsibilities; Effectively facilitate training Nationally Recognised Training, VOC, Site based training presentations etc. to meet site needs in accordance with the MRL Training Systems Promote and support the MRL Training Standards and Processes Promote, mentor and coach Authorised Assessors for effective workplace understanding and use of MRL Training documents, tools, packages and presentations Promote, review, implement and support the MRL Training System that provides foundation and direction for MRL employee training Proactively assist sites in achieving their compliance training requirements Maintain up to date knowledge of all applicable legislation, and standards Work with relevant stakeholders to identify training and assessment gaps Conduct thorough reviews of plant and equipment programs, delivering detailed feedback to ensure compliance with current operational standards and best practices Develop training packages and training plans to meet business needs Ensure training delivery adheres to professional policies, procedures and regulatory bodies, working towards nationally consistent best practice Ensure training records are produced and stored in accordance with MRL Company Standards Maintain training profiles in accordance with Registered Training Organisation requirements Assist workplaces and workers in gaining maximum proficiency not just competency from training to achieve company goals and increase the return on investment About You; Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent essential.
