The Role As the Aged Care General Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive an exceptional standard of clinical care and operational performance in line with new Aged Care Standards and Organisational Objectives. You will oversee operations of the residential facility in Dubbo, reporting to an approachable Executive Management team and working collaboratively with external ANACC, Quality, HR & Operations teams. You will lead a skilled Clinical Care Manager onsite and a team of experienced aged care Registered Nurses, employing flexibility in start and finish times and supporting a generous salary package. Qualifications Registered Nurse DIV1 AHPRA Registered Proven operational leadership skills & experience Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of iCare (desirable) Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation and ANACC Current First Aid Certificate Valid police check clearance Must be eligible to work in Australia.
