Location Perth, WA, AU Working Hours Monday to Friday, early shift 2am start. Free products to take home every day. Job Purpose Lead the production team to ensure efficient, successful and safe operation and minimise waste. Build a culture where people act like owners to deliver business goals. Consistently provide open and honest feedback in the moment, recognise work and address performance early. Identify and promote continuous improvement to product, processes and systems. Collaborate with supply, maintenance and planning teams to improve productivity and adjust the production plan. Ensure strict food safety, legislation and quality compliance. Support change and foster an environment where change is embraced. About You Minimum 4 years in a supervisory or leadership role. 5+ years of relevant experience in FMCG or fastpaced production/manufacturing. Understanding of Good Manufacturing Principles (GMP). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Proven leadership skills.
