The Role We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to support daytoday operations across our venues and tours during the peak season. Reporting to the F&B Manager, youll play a handson leadership role, supporting seasonal teams to deliver memorable guest experiences in fastpaced and unique environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daytoday food and beverage service across venues and tours Support, guide and motivate seasonal hospitality teams Maintain high standards of service, food safety and RSA compliance Assist with training and onboarding of new team members Deliver professional, friendly guest service in highvolume environments Provide onboard food and beverage service on vessels as required About You Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Team Leader, Supervisor or senior FOH professional Confident leading teams and stepping up during busy service periods Comfortable working in remote and seasonal environments Strong communication skills with a calm, practical leadership style Current Food Safety Supervisor and RSA (or willingness to obtain) Comfortable working on boats and around water Whats On Offer Work in one of the Kimberleys most iconic and breathtaking locations Accommodation and meals provided at discounted rates Supportive and closeknit seasonal team environment Staff discounts across the Gday Group network A unique opportunity to grow your leadership skills in remote hospitality This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at El Questro.
