The role involves delivering exceptional nursing care, administering medications, creating personalized care plans, monitoring residents'' health status, and ensuring compliance with healthcare and safety protocols. The nurse will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, support residents'' wellbeing, and communicate effectively with families and caregivers.QualificationsValid Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the AHPRAExperience in aged care, nursing practices, and administering medicationsStrong knowledge of health and safety standards, compliance, and infection control practicesAbility to develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plansEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary teamStrong organizational and problemsolving skills for efficient care planning and deliveryEmpathy, patience, and a genuine passion for improving the quality of life for elderly residentsPrevious experience in a similar role and knowledge of aged care regulations are advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
