What you can expect in a day in this role: As a key part of the kitchen team, youll work in a fastpaced and supportive environment, delivering smokehousestyled dishes to a consistently high standard. Youll be handson in the preparation, cooking, and plating of our signature menu, including slowcooked BBQ, quality steaks and generous sharestyle meals. Working closely with senior chefs, youll help maintain consistency in flavour and presentation while supporting smooth service across busy periods. Whether in a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie capacity, youll play an important role in ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
