We are seeking a confident and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our night operations team at PFD. This role is responsible for leading night shift warehouse activities and ensuring the site is well prepared for the following days operations.You will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting the delivery of reliable service to our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise night shift picking, packing, replenishment and dispatchLead staff to meet productivity and service targetsMonitor pick accuracy and stock movementPrepare the warehouse for next day operations and handoverProvide direction and support to site personnel, including conducting toolbox chats, team meetings and organising new startersEnsure Occupational Health & Safety requirements are met specifically the management of hazards and incident reportingEnsure HACCP, quality and food safety requirements are up to standardWhat Were Looking ForExperience supervising warehouse operationsProven ability to lead and manage teamsKnowledge of HACCP, OH&S and cold storageStrong understanding of SOPs and complianceClear communication and organisational skillsReliable, flexible and safetyfocusedLeadership skills with the ability to create a team environmentWhat PFD is Offering the Successful CandidateWe are offering competitive remuneration, superannuation and other staff benefits (such as discounts on staff purchases, discounted accommodation, health insurance and banking).PFD Food Services is committed to being an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
