Position Overview We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and customer-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and has an interest in health, wellness, and beauty. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day retail operations while also supporting the Pharmacist with prescription-related tasks. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with enquiries and product selection Provide knowledgeable recommendations on over-the-counter medications, vitamins, skincare, and beauty products Build rapport with customers and contribute to a positive in-store experience Handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional and efficient manner Retail Operations Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately (cash, EFTPOS, and other payment methods) Maintain attractive and organised product displays in line with store standards Replenish stock on shelves and ensure pricing and product labelling are accurate Assist with catalogue promotions, seasonal campaigns, and in-store merchandising Support loss prevention procedures and follow store policies Inventory & Stock Management Receive, unpack, and organise incoming stock deliveries Monitor stock levels and report low or out-of-stock items Rotate stock and check expiry dates to ensure product quality and compliance Assist with regular stocktakes and inventory control processes Pharmacy Support Duties Assist the Pharmacist in preparing and labelling prescriptions under supervision Ensure prescription areas are clean, organised, and compliant with regulations Handle prescription-related enquiries appropriately and refer to the Pharmacist when required Maintain confidentiality of customer and patient information at all times Store Presentation & Compliance Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe retail and dispensary environment Follow all health, safety, and regulatory requirements Uphold Priceline Pharmacy standards and company policies Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in retail, pharmacy, or customer service (highly regarded) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude Ability to work efficiently in a busy retail setting Interest or knowledge in health, wellness, skincare, or beauty products (desirable) High level of attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team How to Apply If you are passionate about customer service and looking to build a career in pharmacy retail, we would love to hear from you.
