ONE STOP RENDER WAREHOUSE PTY LTD Position: Retail Manager Location: 2/397399 Princes Highway, Noble Park VIC 3174 Salary: $77,000 - 85,000 per annum Superannuation Employment Type: Full-time, Ongoing One Stop Render Warehouse Pty Ltd operates as a specialised supplier within the Victorian construction materials market, with a focused offering across rendering products, cladding systems, and associated trade supplies. The business services both trade professionals and general customers through a hybrid retail model, combining in-store sales with an expanding online distribution channel across Melbourne and surrounding regions. The Noble Park facility functions as both a customer-facing showroom and an operational distribution hub. It supports product display, technical consultation, inventory management, and dispatch operations. The business maintains direct relationships with established suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring consistent access to high-quality materials aligned with industry demand. With sustained growth driven by construction activity and increasing digital sales, the business requires an experienced Retail Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain service standards, and ensure alignment between physical retail and online fulfilment functions. The Role The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of both the retail showroom and online sales channels. The role requires a balance of operational oversight, supplier coordination, and commercial decision-making. The position sits at the centre of business operations, ensuring that stock availability, customer service, and sales performance are consistently aligned with operational and commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities i. Oversee daily retail operations across in-store and online sales channels, ensuring coordination between showroom activities and order fulfilment ii. Manage stock levels across rendering materials, tools, and construction supplies, ensuring timely replenishment through supplier engagement iii. Develop and implement pricing strategies in line with market conditions, supplier costs, and competitive positioning iv. Coordinate with suppliers and distributors to maintain product availability and negotiate supply terms where required v. Supervise sales processes, including customer interaction, trade consultations, and product guidance vi. Monitor sales performance across physical and digital platforms, adjusting product focus and promotional activity to optimise revenue vii. Maintain accurate records of stock movement, sales transactions, and operational performance viii. Support budgeting processes and oversee cost control across inventory, staffing, and operational expenditure ix. Lead, train, and supervise staff, ensuring clear task allocation and consistent performance x. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards within the retail and warehouse environment xi. Implement marketing and promotional initiatives, including online visibility strategies and in-store campaigns Major Skill Requirements and Qualifications Needed: i. A relevant qualification at Diploma level or higher in business, retail, or a related field, or a minimum of three years of relevant industry experience ii. Demonstrated experience in retail operations, preferably within construction materials, hardware, or trade supply environments iii. Strong understanding of stock control, supplier coordination, and inventory management systems iv. Ability to manage both physical retail operations and online sales workflows v. Commercial awareness with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed operational decisions vi. Proven leadership capability with experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment vii. Strong communication skills, particularly in dealing with trade customers and suppliers viii.
