About the Role Join as a Geriatric Medicine Consultant and deliver expert care across acute, rehab and community settings. Youll manage complex care, build patientcentred services and support teaching, research and quality improvement to enhance outcomes for older people. Deliver care across acute, rehab and community settings Manage complex cases and guide care plans Supervise junior staff and support team capability Partner with patients, carers and care providers Drive quality, safety and service improvement About You Youre a compassionate specialist ready to lead care for older people and support service excellence.
