Permanent Part-time role working across our aged care homes in Busselton and Margaret RiverOffering 60 hours per fortnight with flexible workdays (no weekends)Be part of a valuesled team bringing hope and meaning through pastoral and spiritual care Your Role As a Chaplain, you will provide compassionate, personcentred spiritual and pastoral care to residents, their carers, staff, and volunteers. Through attentive listening, you will assess spiritual and pastoral needs and deliver meaningful, personcentred spiritual care initiatives. In this rewarding role, you will lead worship services, staff devotions, funerals, and other rites of passage. You will also contribute to case management reviews and care planning, support and encourage BaptistCare staff and volunteers, and oversee a team of Pastoral Care Volunteers. Accurate documentation of pastoral interactions, activity reporting, and participation in team meetings also form part of this role.
