Lead and develop the Responsible Gaming program in line with regulatory, ethical, and community expectations Influence internal culture to support harm minimisation and guest wellbeing across all business functions Act as key advisor to executive management regarding policy direction, best practice, and strategic enhancements Act as the primary point of contact for regulators and external stakeholders on safer gambling matters Prepare reports, audits, and submissions related to safer gambling performance and compliance Design and deliver safer gambling training programs for frontline staff, management, and executives Promote a strong culture of customer care and harm minimisation across the casino Ensure staff are confident and competent in recognising and responding to at-risk behaviours More About You Strong understanding of gambling harm minimisation principles and legislation Demonstrated experience working in a similar role within a casino or gambling environment Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills Strong judgement and decisionmaking capability in regulated environments Qualifications in compliance, law, social sciences, public policy, psychology, or a related discipline desirable Ability to obtain a NT Casino Operative License Mental Health First Aid, preferred The application period will close on 07/05/2026, unless a suitably qualified candidate is identified sooner.
