Champion EYLF and Reggio Emilia-inspired practice. Coach educators in planning cycles and documentation. Ensure inspiring environments that reflect culture and community. Facilitate professional development and critical reflection. Partner with families and community to extend learning. Support quality improvement and assessment & rating readiness. What youll bring Were seeking a leader who thrives on collaboration, reflection, and continuous improvement. Youll bring expertise in curriculum and a passion for helping educators grow. Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (preferred) or Diploma (ACECQA recognised). At least 2 years experience in a Lead Educator or curriculum leadership role. In-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning. Strong coaching, mentoring, and reflective practice skills. Knowledge of Reggio Emilia philosophy and pedagogical documentation.
