Jason Windows employs over 350 employees, operates out of our purposebuilt premises in Welshpool and has an office in Bunbury supporting the SouthWest region. It is widely recognised for its premium aluminium window and door products in the WA market. The Role We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team to service our extensive window and door product range throughout both the building and warranty periods. The role is out on the road performing anywhere from 8 to 12 service requests per day. The successful applicant will be provided with full onthejob training of our products. The successful applicant will initially buddy up with an experienced Service Technician and be provided with full onthejob training to understand our product types and their servicing requirements. Once training is complete, they will be provided a service vehicle, mobile phone and their own metro area to service. Position responsibilities Servicing of Jason Windowss range of products including windows, doors, security doors/screens, fly doors/screens Deglazing and reglazing of windows and doors Updating completion of jobs via company provided tablet Communicating with customers in person and over the phone About You Hold a valid C class Drivers'' License Hold a Construction Safety White Card or ability to obtain one Ability to obtain, or have a current, Police Clearance and Security License Must have high Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate with all customers including home owners and supervisors in person and over the phone. Able to use hand and power tools Must be physically fit with no limitations. A drug and alcohol and fitness assessment will be part of the recruitment process Understanding of Jason Windows products would be advantageous but not essential as full on the job training is provided on our range. Trade certificate Glazier, Locksmith or Carpenter would be highly regarded, however not essential.
