We are looking for a handson Maintenance Assistant to join the team full-time at Overstone Lakes Holiday Park. Set within beautiful lakes and woodland, the park offers a peaceful environment with a range of facilities that require ongoing upkeep. This is a varied role ideal for someone practical, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. What youll be doing: Carrying out general maintenance across the park Basic plumbing, electrical, and repair work Grounds maintenance and upkeep of outdoor areas Responding to maintenance requests from guests and homeowners Supporting with health & safety checks and compliance Assisting with seasonal preparation and general site improvements What were looking for: Practical, handson approach with good problemsolving skills Experience in general maintenance or a trade background Ability to work independently and manage workload Good communication and teamwork skills Full UK driving licence (preferred) Flexible and willing to work weekends when required Desirable: Experience working in a holiday park, caravan park, or similar environment Basic qualifications in plumbing, electrical, or maintenance trades What youll get: Fulltime, stable position Varied, outdoorbased role Friendly and supportive team Scenic working environment Opportunity to develop skills across multiple trades #J-18808-Ljbffr
