About The Role We are seeking a Domain Product Lead to join our team, focused on optimising workforce movement, scheduling, and logistics at scale. In this role, youll shape both the product and the broader domainowning product direction while driving domainlevel strategy, commercial positioning, and market insight. Youll be responsible for how organisations plan, allocate and move their workforce across sites, projects and operational constraints. Key Responsibilities Define and evolve product strategy for workforce logistics, including travel, accommodation, rostering and mobilisation workflows. Own the optimisation of endtoend people movement and scheduling across sites, projects and operational constraints. Lead the consolidation of Quartexs logistics offerings into a single, scalable product. Plan and drive integrations with carriers, travel providers and workforce systems. Prioritise the product backlog around utilisation, cost efficiency and operational scalability. Design and improve complex allocation logic (availability, skills, location, compliance and cost constraints). Partner closely with customers to understand operational challenges and variability at scale. Drive improvements in planning efficiency, booking accuracy and operational visibility. Collaborate with engineering to balance system performance, responsiveness and data integrity. Leverage AI and optimisation to enhance scheduling, forecasting and disruption management. DomainLevel Responsibilities Build and maintain domainlevel insight across market trends, customer needs and competitive positioning. Shape commercial positioning, pricing direction and gotomarket alignment for the domain. Act as the key interface between product, sales, marketing and customer teams. Influence crossproduct initiatives and align priorities across the domain without direct authority. Identify opportunities for partnerships, integrations and capability expansion. What Youll Bring Were looking for someone who is analytically strong, commercially aware and comfortable operating across both product depth and domainlevel strategy. You can influence without authority, simplify complex systems and translate operational challenges into scalable product solutions. Bachelors degree in business administration, project management, computer science, product management, engineering or a related field. Experience in product management, operations or resource planning systems. Experience in complex environments such as logistics, mining, FIFO or workforce scheduling. Ability to model and simplify constraintbased problems into scalable solutions. Experience with optimisation challenges (e.g. routing, allocation, capacity planning) or highcomplexity systems. Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to contribute to positioning and gotomarket decisions. Experience working crossfunctionally with engineering, sales and marketing. Experience managing integrations and external dependencies. Comfort working with realtime or nearrealtime systems. Exposure to AI, analytics or automation in operational or product contexts (preferred).
