About the job As an Inclusive Employment Australia Employment Consultant, your responsibilities will include: Provide comprehensive case management services to participants to assist them in managing employmentrelated barriers, empowering and equipping them with the necessary tools and skills to enter the workforce. Help each participant secure sustainable employment and engage employers through referrals, reverse marketing and onthejob support. Provide continuous support to participants and employers to maximise outcomes, obtain documented evidence and facilitate workplace adjustments throughout the course of employment. Achieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcomefocused, highperformance approach to the role. Maintain a high level of administration, compliance and time management inline with department requirements based on a sound understanding of Deed and Guidelines. Engage with both internal and external partners to connect participants with various wraparound services such as training providers, allied health services and other communitybased organisations. About you Relevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services or other related fields are desirable. Previous experience in employment services including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment and provision of postplacement support will be highly regarded. Demonstrated ability to communicate through various methods with a wide variety of stakeholders. Team player with a personal commitment to contribute to a great culture. Ability to proactively problemsolve, overcome objections, and assist in managing barriers that exist for people living with a disability. Performancefocused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPIs. Must hold a drivers licence as travel throughout the region will be required.
