You will form part of the wider Marketing Team and play an integral role in supporting retail initiatives, thematic campaigns and brand launches through the Sephora social channels, PR, content & influencer activations. The Social & Comms Executive should be up to date with market trends and implement campaigns to improve Sephoras brand awareness and the awareness of key exclusive brands presence in market, aligned with the wider Marketing Strategy.Youll shine here if you enjoyMaintaining Sephoras internal social & content calendars, ensuring all booked placements, brand launches and internal content is allocatedExecuting all daily social posts including captioning on Instagram and TikTok and responding to all comments & DMsCreating social assets for the chosen platforms and being proficient in Canva, Capcut and video editing within the platformsWorking with the Senior Social and Comms Executive on the Sephora Beauty Advisor Creator Club program, managing briefing and content collectionWorking with the Snr Social and Comms Executive on PR event execution and deliveryWorking with our local PR agency to coordinate product send outs and media pitchingDelivering weekly & monthly social media reports to the wider Marketing and Ecommerce teamsWe would love to hear from you if you have:Tertiary qualification, preferably in business, marketing, communicationsMinimum 3 years of experience within social & content marketing in the Retail/ E Commerce/Social Media industry, preferably in beauty, fashion or lifestylePrevious experience with Instagram business accounts, Facebook Business Manager and Tik TokPrevious experience with Canva, InDesign, Illustrator and video editingObsessed with social trends, brands, influencers and all things beauty relatedThorough understanding of the social media and influencer landscapeExperience in devising and implementing social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, channel growth and salesStrong written and verbal skillsStrong strategic thinking skillsSephora is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace for all.
